what do you mean? I told them what kind of frame i wanted and size and everything. And you can pretty much get any frame you want you just have to pay the extra amount like say you snapped your scrap and you wanted a stab frame, you would have to pay like say $1000 extra(just a guess). But i knew the warranty guy at kona so he gave me the deal.

haha just try to learn spins if you havnt and it will brake fairly easy cuz i was just learning all those tricks before it broke

hah i got the frame for warranty. I snapped my old shred and just had to pay shipping for the shonky frame.
